Since this place closed I won't spend too much time talking about it, but everyone who hasn't been here should feel sad they didn't try it. This place was awesome. I mean really... only awesome places have 'flights of soup'. Sometimes you want to have more than one, but then you have to commit to buying one bowl, but you really want to taste two other ones. It's kind of unfair because you end up buying three soups and only wanting a little bit of each one of them and then spend three times as much. Obviously, I thought the soup flight was awesome. I'm one of those people that love a little bit of everything!
Their sandwiches were really yummy and they had crisp delicious sweet potato fries. You got really big portions and everything I had here was really quite good. The pot pie sticks out in my mind. There was something sweet AND savory about it. Literally the best pot pie I have ever had. I've tried hard to recreate it, but alas I cannot. I'll keep trying though. What was extra awesome about this place is that you thought maybe it was just a soup, sandwich and salad place. If you thought this you would be wrong. They also did savory dinners like meatloaf, beefs, steaks, mashed potatoes and gravy type meals. When I tried to go there and saw their doors closed I thought they may be just renovating, but after a year I realized... they aren't coming back. It was a sad day.
