It would have looked better not as a lettuce wrap... See top pic. Grilled chicken, pepper jack cheese, spicy rainbow carrot and ginger slaw (which was excellent), and honey-ginger aioli. Part of Moo Cluck Moos specials. It was reallllllly tasty. I mean this sandwich that is not visually appealing unbunned has quite the kick of flavors. My friend suggested this place as a lunch spot after I told her I have never been there. I'm so glad we went. Make sure that you go to the location with the bigger seating. The Dearborn Heights location has like three small tables. It's a very small space. Check out their Craveable menu before you go. These are specials that change. I won't get into their whole business premise, but basically it's good food, ingredients, better conditions, better wages. That's my sum up. Moo Cluck Moo's Website
