B Spot Burger I don't know why you are getting such mixed reviews on Yelp.  I'm not sure what the other Yelpers are looking for, but I was just looking for a better than average burger - and that's what I got.  I'm already a fan of Michael Symon and his Roast burger so I figured... these have gotta be good.
First, if you're not trying to spend 40 dollars on a couple burgers then you'll want to come during happy hour.  It's between 3pm-7pm and has sliders (1 for 1.99, 6 for 9.99, and 12 for 18.99) that are topped with cheese and pickles.  The slider alone wouldn't have impressed me, but they have the PICKLE BAR!  The pickle bar is awesome.  It has a variety of pickled goods such as, picked onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, kimchi, pickles,  and yellow peppers.  These are great additions to any burger and made the sliders much better than what they originally would be.  The other pluses to B Spot were the sauces.  The lola ketchup and shasta sauce were pretty unique and not ones I have had in the area.  Try them on your burger, fries or onion rings!  They are versatile.

The happy hour also highlights $1 rosemary fries.  I knew I would love the fries since Roast has the same fries, but I wasn't sure if the portions would be enough.  I mean, it's only a dollar... how many fries can you get for a buck?  The answer - a lot!  I normally like a good fry to burger ratio and hate when I am still eating my burger and I have no fries left.  In this case, I had pllllennnty of fries and even left some. Most of the time no fry gets left behind, but I was just too full to eat them all.

There are so many burger, sandwich, and brat options, that it can be a little overwhelming to choose.  However, go with the golden rule, when in a burger place... order a burger.  I'm sure their sandwiches are fine and their brats are good, but it's called B Spot Burgers not B Spot Sandwiches.  The Lola burger (a safe choice) was topped with cheddar cheese, sunny side up egg, pickled onions, and bacon.  If you eff that up, you should not be making burgers.  I ordered it medium and to my surprise, it came out perrrrrrfectly cooked.  Good job guys!  The burger was really quite delicious and that alone will bring me back for happy hour.

The total of the bill was about 19 bucks with two fries, two sliders, one Lola Burger, and one cola.  If we were not in during happy hour it would have been closer to 40 dollars.

Now for the part I didn't like about B Spot and it had nothing to do with the food itself.  The environment and atmosphere seemed a bit cold.  It's but a sliver in high money area that is like it's own area code.  I understand why it's surrounded by other commercial shopping establishments, but this alone makes me not want to come here more frequently.  The inside of the B Spot feels like Smash Burger where they want you 'in and out', but for the prices, I want to linger and enjoy my food and beverage.  It is what it is, but maybe next time Michael Symon, you should to have a place that can stand on it's own two feet. :)
