Walking in, I noticed it was populated with all Asians. Sooooo you know what that means? Asians eating Asian food - always a good sign.
Ordered: #3 Bánh mì thịt nướng (pork sandwich) #35 Bún tôm thịt nướng chả giò (Noodles, pork, shrimp, vegetables) #4 Chả giò (egg rolls)
The redeeming quality was the flavors. The #35 was pretty good and the egg rolls were pretty fantastic. They were weirdly spicy and delicious in all the right ways. You can't really see from the picture below, but this bowl was huuuuuge. Like ginormous! You can split this bad boy with a bud. However, you can split pretty much any Asian noodle dish, and if you can't you're going to the wrong places.
This place didn't rock my world, but they still have me wanting to come back because of the variety of noodle bowls and awesome spices they use in their food. Definitely not flavors you'll get in American food that's for sure! Not fancy. Friendly menu for English speakers. Try something new. Don't be scurred! Pho Que Huong
