That's a pretty cool reason to start up a sweet restaurant. Just so you know...the restaurant is really small. So plan on coming during an off peak time. When you walk in you will be greeted by the chef. There are so many things that sound good on the menu. If you have a hard time making a decision ask for recommendations. They are more than happy to assist you.
If you have not been yet then make a plan to go. I can't fully capture in words just how good this place was.
